Connecting to the Remote Desktop

1. Installation of necessary software
    For Windows users,  Remote Desktop Connection is installed by default.
    For MAC users, install Windows App (Previously Remote Desktop) https://apps.apple.com/us/app/windows-app/id1295203466?mt=12

2. Configuring remote desktop connection
    For Windows users, open Remote Desktop Connection
        i. Input the following information:
             a. Computer: 10.158.90.241
             b. User name: EEE account without the @eee.upd.edu.ph.
                 For example, juan.dela.cruz@eee.upd.edu.ph will use juan.dela.cruz as their username.
             c. Password will be prompted after you click connect.
                 Use your EEE account password.

              

    For MacOS users, open the Windows App

        i. Click the “+” icon and select “Add PC”
            

       ii. Input the following information then click Add
            a. PC name: 10.158.90.241
            b. Credentials: Ask when required
           

      iii. Select 10.158.90.241 on the saved PCs
           

            a. Enter your username.
               Username is your  EEE account without the @eee.upd.edu.ph.
               For example, juan.dela.cruz@eee.upd.edu.ph will use juan.dela.cruz as their username.
            b. Enter your password.
              Use your EEE account password.
